For more than 10 years, I owned and managed an agricultural supply store that became a local reference, especially due to its strong presence in the PET segment. Inside the store, we had a very popular and highly competitive PET section, offering quality products, personalized customer service, and a trustworthy environment for pet owners.

During this period, I had direct contact with the daily operations of the pet market, understanding customer needs, consumer behavior, and the importance of proper care for small animals. Among the services offered at the store, we worked alongside a Veterinarian who applied vaccines and provided basic care for pets brought in by customers, offering greater convenience and safety to pet owners.

This experience provided me with extensive knowledge in customer service, business management, client relationships, process organization, and practical experience in both the agricultural and PET sectors.

 

Throughout this journey, I developed strong communication skills, responsibility, and a commitment to service quality, always seeking to provide solutions and build long-lasting relationships based on trust.

Keeping up with market evolution and new digital commerce trends, I am now applying all this experience to a new professional journey: launching an online PET store focused on the European market.

 

My goal is to offer quality products, convenience, and an excellent shopping experience for customers across different countries, combining the experience I gained over the years with the opportunities created by technology and international e-commerce.
